Feldenkrais Method is an educational system which uses movement to bring about more effective ways to function. Feldenkrais is offered in two forms. One form is Awareness Through Movement, which are group movement lessons. The other form is called Functional Integration, which are one-on-one hands-on sessions. This gentle, yet powerful method helps rewire/re-pattern the nervous system to move with more ease, efficiency, fluidity and power. Benefits include:
